Our Approach:
FuelB2B led a 3-month engagement (3 days/week) to immerse within the Resero Group marketing function and drive strategic clarity at both brand and group levels. We began by auditing the previous 9 months of marketing data across all regions, channels, and teams — identifying gaps in reporting, CRM use, and performance metrics.
From there, we rebuilt the group’s internal dashboard to reflect region-specific nuances and established a refreshed set of KPIs to track progress at the brand, regional, and executive level. This included new CRM reporting standards to bridge sales and marketing, giving leadership clear visibility and alignment across the funnel.

Challenge:
As M2 Estimating expanded its presence across commercial and residential construction, the business needed a strategic marketing lead who could step in without building an internal team. The goal was to sharpen its digital footprint, attract new inbound leads, and professionalize its presence across platforms — without slowing day-to-day operations.
